Grilled Chicken and Quinoa Bowl

Ingredients

- Quinoa (dry)1/2 cup
- Avocado1, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes1 cup, halved
- Cucumber1/2, diced
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Lemon juice2 tbsp
- Garlic powder1 tsp

Cook quinoa according to package instructions, set aside.
