Turkey and Veggie Stir-Fry

Ingredients

- Broccoli florets2 cups
- Bell peppers (mixed colors)2, sliced
- Carrots1 cup, sliced
- Soy sauce (low-sodium)2 tbsp
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Ginger (fresh, grated)1 tsp
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Sesame seeds1 tsp
