Turkey and Veggie Stir-Fry

A lean, colorful stir-fry packed with protein and fiber, ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • Ground turkey1 lb
  • Broccoli florets2 cups
  • Bell peppers (mixed colors)2, sliced
  • Carrots1 cup, sliced
  • Soy sauce (low-sodium)2 tbsp
  • Garlic2 cloves, minced
  • Ginger (fresh, grated)1 tsp
  • Olive oil1 tbsp
  • Sesame seeds1 tsp
  • Black pepperto taste

Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
