Turkey Meatball Lettuce Wraps
Lean turkey meatballs wrapped in crisp lettuce, perfect for a low-carb, high-protein meal.
Ingredients

- Romaine lettuce leaves8 large
- Breadcrumbs (whole-grain)1/4 cup
- Egg1 large
- Garlic1 clove, minced
- Parsley (fresh, chopped)2 tbsp

- Tomato sauce (low-sodium)1/2 cup

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
