Turkey Meatball Lettuce Wraps

Lean turkey meatballs wrapped in crisp lettuce, perfect for a low-carb, high-protein meal.

Ingredients

  • Ground turkey1 lb
  • Romaine lettuce leaves8 large
  • Breadcrumbs (whole-grain)1/4 cup
  • Egg1 large
  • Garlic1 clove, minced
  • Parsley (fresh, chopped)2 tbsp
  • Olive oil1 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce (low-sodium)1/2 cup
  • Salt1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper1/4 tsp

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a bowl, mix turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
