Sweet Potato and Black Bean Tacos

Ingredients

  • Sweet potatoes2 medium, diced
  • Black beans (canned, drained)1 cup
  • Corn tortillas8 small
  • Avocado1, sliced
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Cumin1 tsp
  • Chili powder1 tsp
  • Lime juice1 tbsp
  • Cilantro (fresh, chopped)2 tbsp

Instructions
