Shrimp and Veggie Stir-Fry
A light, protein-rich stir-fry with shrimp and colorful veggies, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients
- Shrimp (peeled, deveined)1/2 lb
- Zucchini1, sliced
- Bell peppers1, sliced
- Snap peas1 cup
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce (low-sodium)2 tbsp
- Olive oil1 tbsp
- Ginger (fresh, grated)1 tsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp

Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
