Shrimp and Veggie Stir-Fry

A light, protein-rich stir-fry with shrimp and colorful veggies, perfect for a quick dinner.

Ingredients

  • Shrimp (peeled, deveined)1/2 lb
  • Zucchini1, sliced
  • Bell peppers1, sliced
  • Snap peas1 cup
  • Garlic2 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce (low-sodium)2 tbsp
  • Olive oil1 tbsp
  • Ginger (fresh, grated)1 tsp
  • Sesame oil1 tsp

Instructions

    Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
