Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap

A light, protein-packed wrap with grilled chicken and a healthy Caesar dressing, perfect for lunch.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast2 (4 oz each)
  • Whole-wheat tortillas2 large
  • Romaine lettuce2 cups, chopped
  • Greek yogurt (plain)1/4 cup
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice1 tbsp
  • Garlic1 clove, minced
  • Olive oil1 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

Instructions

    Season chicken with salt and pepper, grill over medium heat for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
