Spicy Black Bean Soup

Ingredients

  • Black beans (canned, drained)2 cups
  • Vegetable broth (low-sodium)4 cups
  • Onion1, diced
  • Garlic2 cloves, minced
  • Canned diced tomatoes1 cup
  • Chili powder1 tsp
  • Cumin1 tsp
  • Olive oil1 tbsp
  • Cilantro (fresh, chopped)2 tbsp
  • Lime juice1 tbsp
