Grilled Salmon and Avocado Salad

A heart-healthy salad with omega-3-rich salmon and creamy avocado, perfect for a light dinner.

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets2 (5 oz each)
  • Avocado1, diced
  • Mixed greens3 cups
  • Cucumber1/2, sliced
  • Cherry tomatoes1/2 cup, halved
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Lemon juice2 tbsp
  • Dill (fresh, chopped)1 tbsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

Instructions

    Season salmon with salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil.

    Grill salmon over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.

    In a bowl, toss greens, avocado, cucumber, and tomatoes with remaining olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

    Slice salmon and place on top of salad, sprinkle with dill.
