Zucchini Noodle Primavera
A low-carb, veggie-packed pasta alternative with a light garlic sauce, perfect for a quick dinner.
Ingredients
- Zucchini2 large, spiralized
- Cherry tomatoes1 cup, halved
- Broccoli florets1 cup
- Garlic2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil2 tbsp
- Parmesan cheese (grated)2 tbsp
- Lemon zest1 tsp

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
