High-Protein Overnight Oats

Creamy, satisfying breakfast that preps in 5 minutes the night before.

Ingredients

  • Rolled oats1/2 cup
  • Greek yogurt (plain)1/3 cup
  • Milk of choice1/3 cup
  • Chia seeds1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract1/2 tsp
  • Honey or maple syrup1 tbsp
  • Fresh berries1/4 cup
  • Chopped nuts (optional)1 tbsp

Instructions

    In a mason jar or container, combine oats, Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, vanilla, and sweetener.

    Stir well to ensure everything is evenly mixed and the chia seeds are distributed throughout.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

    In the morning, give it a good stir and add more milk if you prefer a thinner consistency.

    Top with fresh berries and nuts if desired.
