Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

A creamy, protein-packed casserole with lean chicken and broccoli, great for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast1 lb, diced
  • Broccoli florets3 cups
  • Greek yogurt (plain)1 cup
  • Cheddar cheese (shredded)1/2 cup
  • Garlic2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil1 tbsp
  • Whole-grain breadcrumbs1/4 cup
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)2 tbsp

Instructions
