Berry and Spinach Smoothie

A nutrient-packed smoothie with berries and spinach, perfect for a quick breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • Mixed berries (frozen)1 cup
  • Spinach (fresh)1 cup
  • Greek yogurt (plain)1/2 cup
  • Almond milk (unsweetened)1 cup
  • Chia seeds1 tbsp
  • Banana1/2
  • Honey1 tsp

Instructions
