Chia Seed Pudding

A creamy, high-fiber pudding made with chia seeds, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • Chia seeds1/4 cup
  • Almond milk (unsweetened)1 cup
  • Greek yogurt (plain)1/2 cup
  • Maple syrup1 tbsp
  • Vanilla extract1/2 tsp
  • Mixed berries (fresh)1/2 cup
  • Almonds (sliced)1 tbsp

Instructions

    In a bowl, mix chia seeds, almond milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.
