Chicken and Spinach Skillet

A quick, protein-packed skillet meal with chicken and spinach, ideal for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast2 (6 oz each)
  • Spinach3 cups
  • Garlic2 cloves, minced
  • Cherry tomatoes1 cup, halved
  • Olive oil2 tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese (grated)2 tbsp
  • Lemon zest1 tsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste

Instructions

    Season chicken with salt and pepper.

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.

    Remove chicken, slice, and set aside.
